GoodHope Asia Holdings Limited (GAHL) is a Singapore based company having its Oil palm business in Malaysia and Indonesia, whose parent company is a well-established diversified regional conglomerate having other business interest in Breweries, Financial Services and Leisure sectors in South-east Asia. Our dedicated Management Services companies, is aggressively pursuing towards development of upto 100,000 Hectares of Oil Palm Plantations (currently having approximately 60,000 Hectares planted) and processing facilities on its own in addition to plantations through joint venture companies.

Shipping Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for managing the entire shipping operations of the company’s Palm Oil products
• Manage the shipping & documentation teams and processes effectively to ensure on-time delivery of produce and compliance to specified standards
• Sourcing of Barges & Other required facilites for efficient transportation of produce within Indonesia & further ensure smooth management of Export sales
• Work closely with operations teams , stringent follow-up on order management processes efficient coordination of Logistics, and ensure optimize/facilitate efficient documentation/process flow etc , to achieve customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Develop and provide innovative value adding solutions to improve current process critical to core department functions
• Build and lead the team for service excellence

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. Job role in Shipping Operation or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
