Project Manager (Telkomsel)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate all internal & external activities to ensure successful on time completion of assigned projects.
• Ensure any contract between the company and our customers is deliverable and commercially acceptable to the company.
• Maintain quality relationships between the company and our customers.
• Ensure that an outstanding project list is maintained and updated weekly.
• Ensure that all communications with customers including on site visits are pre-planned, professional and that adequate research has been done to ensure client satisfaction.
• Take all steps necessary to ensure complete security and maintenance of the company’s vehicle, equipment, price lists and other material.
• Report on all competitive activities likely to effect the company’s business.
• Ensure that all transactions adhere to company policy covering selling prices, terms of payment, warranty, commissioning and other relevant aspects as per Liebert’s conditions of sale.
• On orders received, ensure the appropriate company documentation is fully completed and an official order is received from the customer.
• Ensure that company stock used for demonstration is maintained in good order and condition.
• Ensure that all activity reports, WH&S reports, risk and safe work method assessments, expense claims, lost business reports and any other reports required by management are completed and submitted by the due date.
• At all times ensure that dress and appearance is presentable that company policy is well understood, and that the company’s business is carried out in an efficient and professional manner.
• Act upon requests from the Senior Manager Project & Service relating to reporting of information and other matters.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): understanding of sales concepts and selling techniques, comprehensive understanding of electrical fundamentals, extensive exposure in data center project, work experience gained from telecommunication industries.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Engineering – Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
