Incident Handling Staff

Responsibilities:
He will responsible to IT Operation of Sigma’s client outsorcing cover of function monitoring and incindent handling for applications, systems and networking, SLA achievement and Data Center’s KPI such as:
* Maintain system availability by monitoring our operating system , network, application system , ATM/H2H module, Disk and CPU usage.
* Report and log problem occured in Data Center
* Follow up and escalate problem to problem owner and customer
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Possess good knowledge aout Operating System, Hardware and Network
* Prefereably has knowledge or experience in AS400, UNIX, LINUX, PC server and Banking Application
* English proficiency both oral and written
* Ready to work in shift schedule
* Domicile in Surabaya
