Customer Relation Officer
(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta Utara-Pluit)
Responsibilities:
- * Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquires about products and services.
- * Input data customers, give free sample/gifts, promotion/event
- * Handling mall tenant and customer’s complaint
- * Maintenance mall facilities
- * Maintenance tenants and customers data
- * Leading shift in customer service department
Requirements:
- * Male, 20-25 years old
- * Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Mass Communications or equivalent.
- * Computer Literature, MS Office and Good English Skill.
- * Able to work in shift system.
- * Smart, Good looking, Service-oriented, Good manner and personality, Good initiative, High Sense of Responsibility and Well-organized.
- * Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- * Applicants must be willing to work in Pluit-Jakarta Utara
- * 1 Full-Time positions available.
- * Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- * Must submit recent photograph
